Chelsea Lewis

Hi, my name is Chelsea, I’m a leadership & culture strategist and creative from Philadelphia and I build curious, resilient, future-ready leadership teams.

After years advising Fortune 100 clients on culture and ways of working, I now partner with women- and non-binary-led companies across tech, consumer, media, and arts & culture.

Through leadership advisory partnerships and culture-defining experiences, I help executive people leaders build growth-minded leadership teams.

Outside of work, I am an oil painter & mixed media artist working on a collection for my first solo exhibit in December 2026.

Leadership & Culture Strategist, Facilitator, Artist

I partner with organizations to answer the question ‘What does great leadership look like here?’

  • Defined leadership competencies post-merger for an international Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company and designed a training program rolled out to more than 1,400 leaders.

  • Built a learning function for a nonprofit from the ground up, from strategy and roadmap to programs and measurement.

  • Advised the Chief People Officer of a mid-size technology company on building a more people-centered culture.

  • Advised the founder of a media startup on designing resilient, flexible team operating systems.

And I design experiential gatherings where teams see themselves differently.

  • Plein Air at Sunset: A leadership offsite for a wellness tech startup. Leaders paint outdoors at sunset to practice decision-making, navigating ambiguity, and letting go of perfectionism.

  • Bring the Forest: A leadership offsite for a tech startup that uses natural ecosystems as a lens for communication, remote collaboration, and trust.

  • Team Anthology: An experiential creative writing workshop built on folklore and leadership parables. Teams leave with an original short-story anthology they write together.

  • "Chelsea is a unicorn. She combines real, strategic expertise on leadership and team building with the kind of deep listening that most facilitators skip. She didn't just facilitate a session, she gave us a new way of seeing. Her understanding of our org and genuine care for our people translated into an impactful session that shifted our culture."
